What is forest therapy?

Originating from the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku, the accessible practice of forest therapy promotes wellbeing through deepening one’s sense of connection with the natural world. A rapidly growing body of research indicates a multitude of positive health outcomes associated with nature immersion in this way, with participants frequently reporting positive physiological and emotional benefits.

By taking part in a guided series of invitations intended to engage the senses, you can deepen your connection with yourself, other participants, as well as the surrounding natural environment.
